Nubo Polls

In Nubo, there is a feature that allows you to setup a poll and share it to a specific group of people, or leave it open for anyone in the organization to weigh in on. You can create a poll to decide on a date and time for a meeting or create your own custom questions and answers, or allow other users to add their own proposals.

Create A Poll

  1. Log in to with your Nazarene email and password.
  2. Click the  Polls button () at the top of the page.
  3. Click  Add new Poll at the top of the sidebar.

  4. Enter the Title and select whether it should be a Date poll or Text poll and then click  Apply .


Add List Options

  1. Make sure  Polls ( ) is selected at the top of the page.
  2. Click on the poll you want to add options for.
  3. In the sidebar to the right of the screen, select the  Options tab.

  4. You can click to allow or disallow proposals from other users by selecting the corresponding radio button.

  5. If adding options to a Date Poll, click  Add new date option , select the desired date (or date range) from the date picker, and click Add .



    If adding options to a Text Poll, click in the text box, enter the text of the option, and click the arrow ( ) or hit Enter on your keyboard.

Sharing Your Poll

You can share a poll with several individuals, a group, or by public link. At any time, you can un-share your poll from any individual or group, and even disable a publicly shared link.

  1. Make sure  Polls ( ) is selected at the top of the page.
  2. Click on the poll you want to share.
  3. In the sidebar to the right of the screen, select the  Shares  tab.

  4. Under  Add Shares , enter the email address of the individual and click on the entry once it appears. 

    If sharing to a group, begin typing the name of the group and select the entry once it appears.

    If sharing publicly via link, click Add a public link and a link will appear that can be copied with the clipboard button ( ) and pasted where needed.

  5. If shared to group or individual, they will appear under   Unsent invitations  where you can click the arrow to send an invitation email to notify the users or groups.

    Note : To un-share, click the trashcan button ( ) next to any of the previously created shares.


  1. To vote, the user should either login to their account, or find their poll invitation in their email and click the  Go to poll button.

  2. From there they can click on the checkbox(es) for the corresponding option(s) to vote. Depending on how the poll was configured, the user may or may not be able to see the current results of the poll. Poll selections may be changed until the poll is closed. Settings for this can be found under the poll's configuration tab.

Viewing Your Results

  1. Login to Nubo, go to the Polls section and select the poll in question.
  2. The dashboard will show each individual's vote(s). This can be shown as a list or a table with the list/table button at the of the dashboard ( / ). You can also click the  information  icon to get an overview of the selected poll.
