Adding Video/Audio files to WHDL.org

1. Log into https://media.whdl.org (contact help@whdl.org if you need assistance)
2. Go to your section of the media library
   1. Click on the “+ Add” button
   2. Choose “Upload” and enter the information on the file you upload.
   3. Click the “Continue” button.
   4. On the Manage page, either drop the file you want to upload on select the file you want to add. You can add multiple files if you wish.
   5. Click on “Continue
   6. On the Publish page, only the Share area and Schedule Publishing are items to consider, but you don’t need to make any additions.
   7. Click on “Publish” this may take some time, depending on the size of the video/audio file.
   8. You should now see your video/audio file in the list of files.
   9. Click on the “Permalink” link and copy it. You will need that link for the next step.
3. In a separate browser tab or window, log into whdl.org or your IR page.
   1. Add a resource content, and choose “Media” as a resource type.
   2. When you get to the “Description / Abstract” box, you can add the link by clicking on the link button in the top toolbar.
   3. Finish the rest of the resource information and then save the resource.
   4. Lastly, test the new resource link to ensure it pulls up the video.
4. You are done!
