Change Password Using Webmail.nazarene.org

If your password has expired or you are a new employee setting up your email for the first time:

1. Go to webmail.nazarene.org
2. Enter your email address and current password
3. On the following screen fill in the Fields as follows:
   1. Domain\Username = NAZNT\username@nazarene.org
      1. You MUST include the NAZNT\ or the password change will fail.
   2. Current Password
   3. New Password
   4. Confirm New Password

Password Requirements:

• Must be 14 characters or longer
• Cannot contain the user’s account name or part of the user’s full name that exceed two consecutive characters
• Must contain three of the following four categories:
     a. English uppercase characters (A-Z)
     b. English lowercase characters (a-z)
     c. Base 10 digits (0-9)
     d. Non-alphabetic characters (ex. !, $, #, %). Any Unicode character that does not fall under the previous three categories
