OnBase appears Locked

If OnBase is acting as if is locked but a system administrator confirms that it has not locked the user out, check the system tray in the lower right.

If OnBase was auto-launching when the user logs in, it will open in the system tray.  This causes the RDS version of OnBase to not work correctly.

The user must close the system tray instance of OnBase, and we recommend they go to task manager -> startup -> disable OnBase at startup.

Once the system tray instance is closed, the user should be able to access OnBase as they normally would.
